Exchange & Replacement Policy
1. Exchange Window –
Right now we don’t offer return. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request replacement. To be eligible, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unworn and unused, maintaining its original condition.
- All original tags must still be attached to the item.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Important:
For efficient processing of replacement related to damaged, incorrect, defective, or misprinted items, please ensure you provide clear photos and an unboxing video of the product at the time of delivery. These are crucial for our assessment.
⚠️ Please note: We only accept replacement requests if the item is damaged, incorrect, defective, or misprinted. Replacement for any other reason will not be processed.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it carefully. If you notice any damage, defects, or receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. This will allow us to promptly evaluate the issue and find the best solution for you.
When requesting replacements, you’ll need to provide clear unboxing videos and images clearly showing:
- The damaged or defective product.
- The original packaging.

2. How to Start a Replacement-
To initiate a replacement, please visit our dedicated REPLACEMENTS or get in touch with our support team at Support@hubator.com.
3. Replacements –
To ensure you receive your desired item quickly, we follow this process:
- Return the original item according to our return policy.
- Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct item separately.
Please note: If the reason for the replacement does not align with our policy, it may be declined. Approved replacement products will typically be delivered within 5–10 business days.
