What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), UPI and digital wallets (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Apple Pay), net banking, bank transfers and Cash on Delivery (COD).

How can you contact us?

How can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your account and going to the “Orders” section or go to the "Track Order" menu.
Tracking details will be available within 48 hours after placing your order.
We’ll also send updates via Email and WhatsApp once your package is shipped.

How do I return or exchange a product?

We do not accept returns now due to legal and policy reasons. Replacement is only allowed within 5 days of delivery for valid legal reasons. The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags intact. To request, visit our Returns & Exchanges page or contact our support team for further assistance.

  • Replacement policy (if the issue is from our side, like wrong or damaged product).

  • Refunds are only issued if the product is unavailable or cancelled by Hubator.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 3 hours after placing a order. After Shipped you can't cancel that. Contact us quickly at support@hubator.com with your order ID or Call on +91 9242036989.

How to get my reel on hubator site?

How much time will it take to deliver my order?

At Hubator, we offer two easy delivery choices for your convenience:

  • Free Delivery – Standard shipping, delivered in 4-7 days.

  • Fast Delivery – Priority handling and quicker arrival in 3-4 days (+₹29).

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location and courier availability. Hubator always ensures safe and timely delivery of your order.

What is Partial Payment on COD ?

We have introduced a new Partial Payment on Cash on Delivery (COD) option. Customers can confirm their order by paying just ₹99 in advance. The remaining amount can be paid in cash upon delivery.
This helps us reduce fake orders and ensures faster delivery for you. The ₹99 advance is a confirmation fee to secure your order. It helps us prepare your package with confidence and ensures only genuine COD orders are shipped.

Is the ₹99 COD advance refundable?

✅ Yes, if your order gets cancelled by Hubator or if the product is unavailable, your advance payment will be fully refunded.
❌ However, if you cancel the order after confirmation, the advance fee is non-refundable.

Can I still order without partial COD payment?

Yes. You can choose Prepaid Payment (like UPI, NetBanking, Debit/Credit Card) and pay the full amount at once.
But if you want COD, a ₹99 advance will be required.
